Nice apartment. Disappointing lack of essentials and beware the stairs!

I really liked the apartment. Clean and modern and perfect temperature. A bit noisy in the late evening but not noise ended around 1 am. My main warning would be not to underestimate the stairs. I was put on the top floor which is 8 flights of steep stairs (no elevator). It’s a bit of a struggle especially with heavy baggage. I also found it disappointing that there was literally nothing other than salt and pepper in the room. Establishments like this usually provide some essentials and I saw older complaints about this and replies to those comments saying they were planning to provide welcome packs. They don’t seem to be providing them as yet which is a shame. There isn’t even a dish soap to wash the dishes.

The food in the three restaurants was excellent. Roof-top restaurant panorama of the harbour was unparalleled. My only regret was that I was here on business. I am coming back with my wife to enjoy it together. Le Vieux-port est fantastique!

Great location! Friendly and amazing staff. Very helpful and accommodating. The loft is very nice and spacious. The one small drawback is no elevator in the lofts building. Overall great and fun experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat

We loved this apartment and the location was great! Nice comfy bed, with separate seating area, dining area and kitchen. The isn't an elevator but we didn't mind that at all. We had a corner apartment with a view of the corner on Rue St. Paul however it was very very quiet in the apartment which was very nice. Check in is in the main hotel, Auberg du Vieux and there is housekeeping service upon request.

You check in at the main hotel which is Auberg du Vieux. The receptionist named Margarita is so friendly and welcoming. We arrived super early and she initially said the room was not ready. We have breakfast at the hotel and when came back to the lobby our room was ready. The loft was just up the street and we walked 2 flights up. The room was on a corner on St. Paul in the middle of everything. It was a large open room with a full kitchen. We were very happy with our room and the location was perfect. We can walk to all the sights but I’m from NYC so I’m used to walking. We will stay here again. Staff was wonderful.
